Sue Rule is DCG-SMS Director of Marketing.

Sue has extensive experience in providing organisational support at executive level. She is a skilled administrator and events manager. She has a proven ability to rapidly grasp the bigger picture and keep activities aligned with achieving it, as well as an ability to pay necessary attention to the critical detail.

Sue is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and has a particular interest in the effective communication of ideas. She works closely with DCG-SMS consultants in developing the applications of Lean systems thinking, relating the insights of specialist technical experts to the business impact of their findings. Her experience of managing DCG-SMS gives her a unique insight into the particular issues affecting networked organisations.
